David Berggren has over 20 years of experience as a consultant in Business Law. David regularly assists clients in reviewing, drafting and negotiating all types of agreements, including business and real estate transactions.

David also has significant experience as an attorney in both general court and arbitration. He also advises companies and organisations with all forms of protection and commercialisation of intellectual property rights such as trademarks, company names, designs, domain names and copyright, as well as in marketing matters.

David also lectures from time to time at Lund University.
